Job summary

DFW Injury Lawyers in Dallas, TX seeks a Personal Injury Paralegal to manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload and ensure timely progression through settlement. You will work closely with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to move cases efficiently while maintaining excellent client communication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and case management software.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of personal injury paralegal experience preferred.
  • Experience managing a high-volume caseload.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury claims and insurance processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates throughout their case.
  • Establish liability and communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and coverage.
  • Review medical records, bills, and treatment status.
  • Monitor case progression and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare demand packages and coordinate with the firm's demand writing team.
  • Review completed demand packages for accuracy before submission.
  • Work closely with legal assistants to ensure records, bills, liens, and supporting documentation are complete.
  • Identify policy limit opportunities and communicate with attorneys when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while advocating for clients.
