JOIN A FIRM THAT PUTS PEOPLE FIRST

At Flanagan Law, we're redefining what it means to practice personal injury law. We're a female-owned firm that exists to give clients the attention they deserve — handling the details so they can focus on what matters most: their health and recovery.

We are Health Focused and Community Driven — two values that shape how we serve clients and how we work together. We also donate a portion of our fees to charity, ensuring that every case we handle contributes to something greater than ourselves.

We are guided by our Clarity Statement values:

  • Accountability: We help each other do what we say we'll do.
  • Efficiency: We combine competence, skill, and problem-solving with continuous improvement.
  • Growth: We pursue growth that lasts — professionally through scalable systems and personally through fulfillment and development.
YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION

As a Paralegal at Flanagan Law, you'll play an essential role in moving personal injury cases forward from intake through resolution. You'll help ensure each client feels heard, informed, and confident throughout their journey — because the best outcomes come from trust and communication.

This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes real ownership of their work, and understands that what they do every day directly impacts the lives of people who have been through something hard. You won't be a number here. You'll be a vital member of a small, purpose-driven team where your contributions matter.

WHO YOU ARE

You're more than a paralegal — you're a trusted teammate who exemplifies the Ideal Team Player qualities:

  • Humble: Takes pride in work without ego. Listens well, admits mistakes, and gives credit freely.

  • Smart: Emotionally intelligent in every interaction. You communicate with empathy and professionalism.

You also bring:

  • Experience in personal injury law or a strong desire to build a career in it.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail that nothing slips past.
