Daniel Stark Law is a plaintiff personal injury firm in Texas seeking an experienced attorney to join our high-performing team in Bryan. You will manage client stories, lead litigation tasks, and advocate relentlessly for clients while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• State bar certification in Texas.
• 2–4 years of personal injury or related litigation experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and manage discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy to move cases forward.
• Lead and manage a pod with support staff.
• Provide exceptional client service and proactive case management.
