Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers in Texas is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our plaintiff-focused team. You will meet with clients, build compelling stories, and advance cases through discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparations under the guidance of an attorney team lead who invests in your development.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA‑accredited school, Texas bar, 2–4 years PI or related litigation experience, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the ABA.
• State bar certification in Texas.
• 2–4 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience, with strong litigation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Multitasking – adept at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing.
• Organizational skills and planning are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, develop their stories, and guide cases through the litigation process.
• Move cases forward with strategy and urgency, ensuring client outcomes.
• Manage discovery, motions, depositions, expert deadlines, and trial preparation.
• Lead, manage, and hold the Pod accountable, aligning with firm goals.
• Maintain proactive, aggressive advocacy in a fast-paced environment.
