Job summary

Daniel Stark Law seeks a highly capable personal injury attorney to join our team in Texas. You will meet with clients, handle depositions, negotiate settlements, and advocate for seriously injured individuals.

You will learn clients' stories and become their relentless advocate throughout the legal process with support from a dedicated attorney team and a culture focused on growth, aggression, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Texas State Bar Certification is required.
• 3+ years of premises liability / workplace injury experience or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Strong multitasking and planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, take depositions, negotiate settlements, prepare for trial, and advocate for injured people.
• Represent clients who suffered injuries due to various incidents.
• Learn clients' stories and become their advocate throughout the legal process.
• Lead and manage the pod, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Drive high performance in a fast-paced environment.
