Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers seeks a motivated attorney to advance personal injury cases across Texas. You will meet clients, craft litigation strategy, and guide cases through motions, depositions, mediations, and trial prep. You’ll lead a pod, coordinate with the support team, and relentlessly pursue favorable outcomes for clients.

The role values ambition, ownership, and continuous improvement, with a team culture across six Texas offices and relocation assistance when needed.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Texas state bar certification is required.
• 2-4 years of personal injury or related litigation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and learn their stories to guide litigation strategy.
• Handle motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial prep.
• Proactively manage caseload and advance cases through litigation.
• Lead, manage, and align the pod and support teams with firm goals.
• Remain proactive, assertive, and fast-paced to achieve results.
