Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school.
• Texas State Bar certification.
• 2–5 years of personal injury or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, handle management of personal injury cases.
• Perform motion work, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Guide clients through the injury recovery process and navigate settlement or trial.
• Collaborate with the attorney team lead to drive case strategy and outcomes.
• Manage an efficient caseload with proactive client service.
