You will work under an attorney team lead investing in your development, with relocation assistance and extensive benefits. Strong MS Office skills and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the ABA.
• State bar certification in Texas.
• 2–4 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience, with strong litigation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Multitasking – excels at juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Organizational skills and planning – able to structure tasks, manage time, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and handle motions, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Efficient caseload management through trial preparation and strategy execution.
• Lead, manage, and be accountable for the pod and team workflows.
