You will be mentored by an attorney team lead focused on professional development and client-centered service.

Success relies on caring for clients, delivering outstanding performance, and proactively managing a busy caseload while upholding the firm’s core values.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Texas state bar certification.
• 2–5 years of personal injury experience or related legal experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Multitasking – excels at juggling multiple tasks.
• Organizational planning – able to structure tasks, manage time, and stay organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual+.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their stories and guide them through the process.
• Handle case work including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Provide proactive, high-quality client service and strategic insights.
• Lead and manage the pod, ensuring alignment with firm goals.
• Maintain an aggressive, proactive approach to achieve client results.
