• Proven paralegal experience required.
• Experience drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and related laws.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling case documents.
• Proficiency in case management software, legal research tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-trial and trial activities.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support case strategies.
• Draft and prepare documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• File and manage legal documents in court and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and witnesses for information and documentation.
• Review and summarize medical records and case-related documents.
• Assist in discovery responses and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain and update case management systems with case details and correspondence.
• Communicate case updates to clients and schedule appointments.
• Support trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial notebooks.
