The ideal candidate brings strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills and can manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Proven paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and deadlines.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Ability to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Efficient organization and case management across multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Research and gather medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.
• Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Manage court filings and deadlines with accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and experts for needed information.
• Review and summarize medical records and case materials.
• Prepare discovery responses and organize evidence.
• Assemble case files and trial notebooks for depositions and hearings.
• Maintain precise case records and correspondence in CMS.
• Communicate case updates and appointments to clients.
• Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed.
