Baggett-Law in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a paralegal to support two attorneys through discovery, mediation, and trial preparation on plaintiffs' personal injury matters. Within 90 days, you’ll independently manage active litigation files, coordinate discovery deadlines, and prepare attorneys for hearings and mediations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal in civil litigation.
• Experience drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlements.
• Manage case files and deadlines in the case management system.
• Coordinate with clients, medical professionals, and witnesses.
• Prepare discovery responses and depositions materials.
• Support trial preparation with exhibits and notebooks.
