Sweet James Accident Attorneys in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a driven Litigation Paralegal to manage personal injury case work from assignment to resolution. You will be the main client contact, coordinating filings, documentation, and trial exhibits in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Civil or Personal Injury Litigation, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and excellent client service. Bilingual skills are valued but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Civil Litigation or Personal Injury Litigation relative experience required.
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and civil procedure.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day management of personal injury cases from assignment through resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate all aspects of files through Litigation Phases and prepare trial exhibits.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Assist with depositions, witness preparation, and legal research.
