Job summary

Confidential Employer in Philadelphia seeks an experienced paralegal to support plaintiff-side personal injury litigation from filing through trial preparation.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, handle Pennsylvania e-filing, coordinate depositions and medical records, and communicate professionally with clients and attorneys to keep cases moving forward. Hybrid work options are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting active litigation.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania court procedures and electronic filing systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and deadline management skills.
• Experience with New Jersey litigation and e-filing is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive legal team.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with attorneys to manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial preparation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, complaints, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
• Handle court filings, including electronic filing in Pennsylvania courts.
• Coordinate depositions, medical records, discovery deadlines, and case scheduling.
• Assist with preparing exhibits, trial materials, and other essential litigation documents.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other parties while keeping cases organized and moving forward.
