Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery processes.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records.
• Familiarity with time tracking and billing practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence
• Preparing and responding to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions
• Managing litigation files from inception through resolution
• Coordinating depositions, hearings, and meetings with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Reviewing and summarizing depositions and medical records
• Drafting complaints and assisting with comprehensive trial preparation
• Communicating professionally with clients, courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Providing timely case updates while ensuring clear and empathetic client communication
• Maintaining accurate time entries in compliance with billing guidelines
• Managing attorney calendars, deadlines, and court schedules
• Conducting legal research using web-based research platforms
