Formación

• J.D. is required.
• 1+ first-chair jury trial through verdict required.
• Strong personal injury litigation experience.
• Demonstrated courtroom, trial, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to take ownership of complex litigation matters and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to obtain additional bar licenses when needed.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's presence and capabilities in additional jurisdictions.

Note

Candidates must have a Virginia bar license, a J.D., and at least 1 first-chair jury trial taken all the way through verdict. Experienced candidates may be considered for remote work from their current state if they are willing to obtain licensure in the jurisdictions where needed; licensing fees will be covered.
