Qualifications

• J.D. is required.
• 1+ first-chair jury trial through verdict required.
• Strong personal injury litigation experience.
• Demonstrated courtroom, trial, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy abilities.
• Ability to take ownership of complex litigation matters and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to obtain additional bar licenses when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal injury litigation matters from case development through trial and verdict.
• Serve as first chair in jury trials and confidently manage courtroom proceedings.
• Develop case strategy, litigation plans, and compelling arguments designed to achieve strong client outcomes.
• Conduct and oversee depositions, discovery, motion practice, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Analyze medical records, evidence, expert testimony, and other complex case materials.
• Advocate for clients throughout the litigation process and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and other legal professionals to build effective cases.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's presence and capabilities in additional jurisdictions.
