A rapidly expanding law firm is seeking a seasoned and client-focused Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This full-time role is suited for an experienced litigator with strong first-chair trial experience who can manage personal injury claims from client intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional advocacy skills, empathy for clients, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters from intake through trial
Meet with clients to build trust, gather case facts, and provide legal counsel
Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case developments
Negotiate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers
Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and trial strategy
Serve as lead counsel in trial proceedings as necessary
Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure timely case progression
Evaluate legal claims and develop strategic legal plans
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of personal injury litigation experience
Ability to assess claims, negotiate settlements, and manage high-stakes litigation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong team collaboration skills
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
