This is a remote forward position. Most attorneys work remotely, but there is an office space in Philadelphia to use at your leisure.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 5-12 years of litigation experience to join our firm, specializing in catastrophic personal injury cases. This role involves handling complex, high-stakes injury claims involving severe injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and product liability. The ideal candidate will be an aggressive advocate for injured clients, possess extensive litigation experience, and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure maximum compensation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of severe injury and wrongful death claims, from pre-litigation to trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies for high-value cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and investigators.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Lead client consultations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring clients understand their legal rights.
• Work with junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to efficiently manage caseloads.
• Stay updated on personal injury and tort law developments to maximize litigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing with the bar.
• 5-12 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases.
• Proven trial experience with successful outcomes in high-value personal injury cases.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills for securing significant settlements.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple complex cases and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Compassionate and client-focused approach to legal representation.
