Job Juncture in Las Vegas is seeking a Litigation Attorney to lead plaintiff personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, including trial readiness. You will perform advanced case analysis, draft and file litigation documents, and negotiate with insurers while keeping clients informed.

The ideal candidate has CA/NV bar eligibility, 5+ years PI experience, strong research and writing skills, and a collaborative approach with staff. A bilingual English/Spanish background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV.
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes.
• Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

LITIGATION ATTORNEY | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

Rapidly growing PI firm in Las Vegas is looking for a PI Attorney. Our litigation attorneys are hands-on, strategic, and relentless in pursuing the best possible outcomes for clients. From depositions through trial, youll take ownership of your cases, refine litigation strategy as matters evolve, and play a key role in delivering impactful results.

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
