Job summary

Confidential Employer in Dallas, TX, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to manage a full caseload from filing through trial. You will develop strategy, lead depositions, negotiate resolutions, and advocate for clients within a collaborative team.

Requirements include a Texas Bar license, a JD from an ABA-accredited school, and 5+ years of PI litigation. Hybrid schedule after six months with robust professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience managing litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Strong deposition, discovery, negotiation, legal research, writing, and client communication skills.
• Experience supervising or leading legal team members.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Trucking or commercial motor vehicle litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full personal injury litigation caseload from filing through settlement or trial.

• Advocate for clients while coordinating with adjusters, opposing counsel, experts, and stakeholders.
• Lead and collaborate with a litigation team of five or more professionals.
• Handle trucking/CMV matters and build expertise in this area.
• Move cases forward with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Support pre-litigation case management and settlement negotiations when needed.
• Supervise and mentor team members while upholding high client service standards.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

• Support pre-litigation case management and settlement negotiations when needed.
• Supervise and mentor team members while maintaining high standards of performance and client service.
