Job summary

Confidential Employer in Miami is seeking a Florida-licensed attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience to join our litigation-focused practice. This on-site role involves handling serious injury and complex liability matters, with exposure to all phases of litigation in a collaborative team environment.

You will manage cases from investigation through trial, draft motions, conduct depositions, and work closely with clients, experts, and witnesses.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, or court proceedings.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage litigation responsibilities independently while collaborating with a team.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, or product liability experience preferred.
• Trial preparation or courtroom experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Miami.

Responsibilities

Note: We are seeking a Florida-licensed attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience and strong hands-on litigation skills.
