Orionplacement in Port Charlotte, FL, seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients from evaluation to resolution. You will manage an assigned caseload, draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and work with colleagues to deliver compassionate advocacy. On-site role requires Florida Bar licensure and PI experience.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing is required.
• 1+ year of personal injury law experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from evaluation through resolution.
• Manage and advance an assigned caseload while keeping cases organized and moving forward.
• Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, insurance coverage, and overall case value.
• Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other parties.
• Draft pleadings, demands, correspondence, discovery, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Negotiate claims and settlements while protecting clients’ interests.
• Prepare cases for litigation, hearings, depositions, mediation, and trial as appropriate.
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to provide responsive client service.

Location

Port Charlotte, FL — This is an on-site opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working collaboratively with a team and being directly involved in the day-to-day practice of law.

Note

Must have an active Florida Bar license in good standing and 1+ year of directly relevant personal injury experience. This is an on-site role with limited flexibility for hybrid or remote work.
