Orion Placement in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a civil litigation paralegal with hands-on experience in personal injury cases to join our boutique practice. You will manage cases from prep through trial, draft pleadings, coordinate discovery, and communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and court personnel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing legal documents, managing discovery, and coordinating court filings.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from initial case preparation through resolution and trial.
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and court personnel.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, witness preparation, and trial-related activities.
• Maintain case calendars, track court deadlines, and organize litigation files.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Keep cases moving forward through proactive communication and exceptional organization.

Note

Candidates must have hands-on civil litigation paralegal experience, including familiarity with pleadings, discovery, and court filing procedures. Personal injury litigation experience is highly valued but not required.
