Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Florida-licensed attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience for an on-site role in Miami, FL. You will manage and actively litigate cases from investigation through trial, handling serious personal injury and other complex matters with support from a seasoned team.

Responsibilities include drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing cases for mediation and trial.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, or court proceedings.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Work closely with clients, experts, witnesses, and fellow attorneys to build strong cases.
• Participate in courtroom proceedings and contribute to trial preparation and presentation.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide strategic legal guidance throughout litigation.

Note: We are seeking a Florida-licensed attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience and strong hands-on litigation skills.
