Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a California personal injury law firm or legal support role preferred.
• Foundational personal injury knowledge and eager to grow in a legal career.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with pre-litigation personal injury matters.
• Open and maintain insurance claims under supervision.
• Request, organize, and track medical records, billing, and docs.
• Maintain organized case files and correspondence.
• Track treatment status, deadlines, and items.
• Assist with demand package preparation.
