The ideal candidate has 5 years in heavy PI caseloads, bilingual in Spanish, and strong terminology knowledge for medical and insurance workflows. High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must manage a heavy caseload in Personal Injury
• Experience handling intake to demands is required
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology appreciated

Responsibilities

• Client communication from intake to settlement and updates
• Conduct case investigations and intake analysis
• Manage case details in the firm’s system
• Verify insurance coverage and liaise with adjusters and counsel
• Coordinate clients’ medical treatment and appointments
• Monitor progress, review medical records, and assess readiness for demand
• Organize and maintain case files for demand or litigation
• Prepare cases for demand and settlement with attorneys and lien negotiators
• Assist with negotiations and settlements
• Resolve disputes and coordinate with litigation team
• Handle high-volume caseload efficiently
• Stay informed on personal injury laws and procedures
