Job summary

Confidential Employer in Campbell, CA is seeking a litigation paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation. You will draft and file legal documents, manage case files, and assist with discovery and trial preparation.

The role requires 3+ years PI litigation experience, strong communication, and excellent organization. On-site with potential hybrid transition after onboarding; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of directly relevant personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and legal document preparation.
• Hands-on discovery experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Prepare, draft, organize, and file pleadings, legal documents, correspondence, and other case materials.
• Manage and maintain case files, discovery, deadlines, calendars, and litigation-related documentation.
• Assist with discovery, legal and factual research, case preparation, and trial or hearing support.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.
• Help keep cases moving efficiently by tracking deadlines and ensuring critical documents and information are organized and accessible.
• Work closely with attorneys and the broader legal team to provide reliable day-to-day litigation support.
