Responsibilities

• Own the Case from Intake to Settlement – Oversee every case detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Be the Liaison Between Clients & Attorneys – Keep clients informed, answer questions, provide reassurance.
• Coordinate Medical Treatment—Track progress to maximize case value.
• Review & Analyze Medical Records – Summarize treatments, assess damages, and prepare files for demand.
• Verify Insurance Coverage & Liability – Communicate with adjusters and maximize policies.
• Prepare Cases for Demand & Negotiation – Draft compelling demand packages with attorneys.
• Track Deadlines & Manage Case Workflow – Keep everything on time and organized.
