Pathway Law Firm is seeking a diligent Personal Injury Case Manager to support busy case teams in Beverly Hills. You will handle intake, organize files, coordinate with insurance carriers, and assist with demand and settlement activities. Strong communication, organization, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities are required.

You will engage with medical providers for records, maintain meticulous case documentation, and help ensure timely progression of claims in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Case Managers in handling high-volume caseloads and manage claims processes efficiently.
• Assist with case intake and file setup by gathering client information and documents.
• Verify insurance coverage and liabilities with carriers for accurate processing.
• Draft and send letters of representation, demand letters, and medical authorizations.
• Open and monitor bodily injury and property damage claims with insurers.
• Coordinate with medical providers to obtain records for demand preparation.
• Maintain case files, documentation, and update the case management system.
• Assist in negotiation and settlement paperwork and disbursement scheduling.
• Provide general administrative and legal support to ensure smooth case progression.
