You will handle intake, document gathering, and insurance coordination while ensuring timely case progression and accurate logging in the firm’s case management system. A bilingual (Spanish/English) capability is required, with opportunities for growth and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of high-volume PI cases for efficiency.
• Handle case intake, file setup, and documentation input.
• Verify insurance coverage, liabilities, and claim details.
• Draft and send legal correspondence and demand letters.
• Open and monitor bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Coordinate with insurers, adjusters, and medical providers.
• Maintain case files, records, and communications.
• Assist with demand and settlement preparation and negotiations.
• Provide general administrative and legal support.
