Job summary

Jones Networking is recruiting a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a fast growing Law Firm in Raleigh, NC. The Law Firm offers a welcoming culture, exceptional growth opportunities, full health benefits, and short term and long term disability.

Responsibilities include providing excellent client service, educating clients on case progress, and maintaining accurate documentation in the firm’s Case Management Software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience in a fast-paced law firm.
• Experience handling a high-volume caseload.
• Experience with auto insurance and/or insurance terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Clients.
• Assist Clients by educating and guiding them; advise on gaps in treatment, lost wages, and related issues.
• Communicate with Clients throughout the case process and ensure medical treatment is maintained.
• Document conversations with Clients, Adjusters, Medical Providers, etc. in the Case Management Software.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, follow-ups and maintaining files.
