Pusch & Wynne Injury Lawyers in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our busy practice. The role focuses on pre-litigation, client communication, medical coordination, and case documentation for a high-volume caseload.

This in-office, full-time position requires prior plaintiff-side PI case management experience and offers growth, a competitive starting wage, and eligibility for the Case Incentive Program.

Qualifications

• Prior plaintiff-side personal injury case management experience required.
• Experience managing personal injury cases in a high-volume environment strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through the pre-litigation process.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide updates regarding the status and progression of their cases.
• Monitor client medical treatment and follow up regarding treatment progress.
• Request, obtain, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation.
• Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the claim.
• Obtain and maintain insurance information, claim information, and necessary case documentation.
• Prepare and send letters of representation and other case-related correspondence.
• Assist with the preparation of demand packages and ensure supporting documentation is complete.
