J&Y Law in Century City, CA, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee an active pre-litigation caseload from intake to settlement and serve as the primary contact for clients.

The role requires outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving, with responsibilities spanning client updates, case documentation, coordination with insurers, and preparation for settlement. Experience with Litify or similar case management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Management experience.
• Strong understanding of California Personal Injury claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage active caseload from intake through settlement as primary contact for clients.
• Maintain regular communications with clients and educate on the claims process.
• Document all client communications and maintain organized electronic case files.
• Coordinate with insurers, medical providers, and vendors; calendar deadlines.
• Integrate with Litify or Salesforce-based systems to track progress.
• Support attorneys and staff to move cases toward settlement.
