Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to join our team in Chicago. You will be highly organized, handle a varied caseload, assist attorneys with settlements, prepare documents, and maintain case files under supervision. A customer-focused, empathetic approach is essential.

The role involves daily client interactions, medical records coordination, and preparing demands for carriers. Strong writing and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a legal, personal injury or insurance role preferred.
• Strong writing and communications skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via phone and in person on a daily basis.
• Order medical records and coordinate with providers during treatment.
• Support attorneys with document preparation and case files.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing.
• Prepare demands and assist with submissions to carriers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
