• Knowledge of personal injury law.

Responsibilities

• Move cases through milestones in the client development journey.
• Coordinate intake qualification, medical record retrieval, review, and post settlement coordination.
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and texts and assist in person when visiting the office.
