Job summary

Crew Connectors, LLC, a Los Angeles personal injury law firm, seeks attorneys to join its growing litigation team. The role offers substantial hands-on experience handling PI matters from inception through resolution and opportunities to take ownership of cases.

Ideal candidates have CA Bar admission and a background in PI or litigation, with 2–3 years preferred. The firm welcomes diverse experience levels and supports growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar.
• Open to first-year associates through more experienced attorneys.
• Ideally 2-3 years of personal injury or litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Insurance defense attorneys transitioning encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties.
• Manage an active caseload while working closely with experienced litigators.
• Assist with case strategy, settlement, and trial preparation.
• Take meaningful ownership of cases and develop substantial hands-on litigation experience.
