Ideal candidates have CA Bar admission and a background in PI or litigation, with 2–3 years preferred. The firm welcomes diverse experience levels and supports growth in a fast-paced environment.

Crew Connectors is recruiting for an established and rapidly growing Los Angeles personal injury law firm that is looking to hire multiple attorneys to join its expanding litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants substantive, hands‑on litigation experience and the opportunity to work directly on a significant volume of active personal injury matters. The firm is continuing to grow and is looking for motivated attorneys who want to take ownership of their work, develop their litigation skills, and build their careers on the plaintiff side.

The firm is ideally seeking attorneys with 2-3 years of personal injury experience, but is open to candidates at all experience levels, including first-year associates, provided they are fully licensed and admitted to the California Bar. Plaintiff-side PI experience is preferred, but the firm is also very interested in attorneys currently practicing insurance defense who want to transition to plaintiff-side personal injury work.

What You\'ll Do

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000 - $160,000, depending on experience

Location
