Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our California team. This role offers the opportunity to deepen litigation skills across personal injury matters, including auto accidents and premises liability.

You will handle case strategy, client meetings, discovery, and depositions, while collaborating with trial lawyers and experts. A dedicated mentorship and meaningful, growth-focused environment await in our California offices.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of legal experience, preferably in civil litigation or personal injury.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Professional, client-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and assist with case strategy.
• Meet with clients and provide clear legal guidance.
• Investigate accidents and gather evidence.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other documents.
• Manage written discovery and assist with case development.
• Take and defend depositions as experience permits.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, and experts.
• Participate in settlements and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial with witnesses and exhibits.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff throughout the life cycle of each case.
