Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side litigation firm in Wilmington, Delaware. You will manage a personal injury caseload with mentorship, handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.

The role requires Delaware bar eligibility with 1+ year of litigation experience and a commitment to client service, collaboration, and leveraging AI tools to improve outcomes. Hybrid work supported by a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload with mentorship and support from senior attorneys.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, insurance representatives, and experts.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced litigation support team.
• Utilize advanced AI tools and legal technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional client service while advocating for individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries and significant losses.

Location

Hybrid opportunity based in Wilmington, Delaware, with a minimum of three days per week in the office, offering flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration.

Note

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Delaware (or eligible for admission) and have at least one year of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is welcomed but not required—we're looking for attorneys with strong litigation skills, outstanding character, a willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for leveraging AI in legal practice.
