Boutique Law Firm in Washington state seeks a Senior Personal Injury Attorney to manage complex PI litigation from discovery through trial. You will lead a growing team, mentor junior attorneys, and provide strategic direction in civil cases.

A growing personal injury law firm with offices in Kent and Seattle, WA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished PI attorney who can independently manage complex litigation, take cases from discovery through trial, and provide leadership and mentorship to a growing team of attorneys.

Job Details

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active licence to practice law in Washington State preferred.
• Significant experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex PI litigation.
• Strong experience handling cases from discovery through trial.
• Meaningful deposition, courtroom, and trial experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client-management and communication abilities.
• Previous experience mentoring or supervising attorneys preferred.
• Ability to work independently while also serving as a leader and resource to the broader PI team.
