Orion Placement is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney in Santa Ana, CA. You will independently manage plaintiff-side PI cases from evaluation to settlement or trial, handling auto accidents, premises liability, and more while negotiating favorable outcomes.

The role offers a base salary plus a share of attorney fees, with a hybrid office setup and a demand for California-licensed attorneys ready to manage a busy caseload and build their practice.

Qualificações

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Hands-on personal injury litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage personal injury cases from beginning to resolution.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and case-management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing an active caseload.
• Plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred; attorneys from other personal injury backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage a portfolio of plaintiff-side personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Handle automobile accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other injury-related matters.
• Conduct investigations, draft legal documents, oversee discovery, and take depositions.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial when necessary.
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through the legal process.
• Build your practice while benefiting from a consistent flow of firm-assigned cases.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
