Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• Newly licensed and early-career attorneys welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury matters and move cases efficiently from intake through resolution.
• Communicate with clients, explain the claims process, and provide guidance.
• Evaluate liability, damages, medical treatment, and case value.
• Review medical records, settlement demands, supporting documentation, and case files.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers toward favorable settlements for clients.
• Collaborate with case managers and support teams to keep cases progressing.
• Assist with prospective client intake and evaluate potential new personal injury matters.
• Develop confidence in legal analysis, negotiation, client counseling, and real-time case evaluation.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Location:

This position is based in Modesto, California. You will work in-office during training, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule with up to 2 work-from-home days per week after training.

Note:

You must be admitted to practice law in California and able to work from our Modesto office during training. Prior personal injury experience is preferred but not required. Newly licensed and early-career attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.
