Confidential Employer in Torrance, CA seeks an attorney with 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience to manage motor vehicle, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases from discovery through trial preparation.

Draft pleadings, conduct and defend depositions, negotiate with insurers, and collaborate with medical experts to maximize outcomes in a fully on-site, full-time role. Active California Bar license in good standing required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Experience managing discovery and taking/defending depositions.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Manage personal injury litigation matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, and negligence claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and develop effective case strategies.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen liability and damages claims.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers to pursue favorable outcomes.
• Prepare cases for mediation, settlement, and trial while taking increasing ownership of litigation matters.

Pay:

$180,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
