Job summary

Barreto Law Firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice with a high-volume caseload. The attorney will manage cases from filing to resolution, appear in court, and support a collaborative legal team in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience, strong writing and oral advocacy, and the ability to work independently while supervising paralegals as needed. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury required.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Ability to think critically and handle complex cases.
