Barreto Law Firm in New Jersey seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join a growing practice with a high-volume caseload. The ideal candidate will manage litigation from filing through resolution, appear in court, and support the internal team.

You will handle depositions, motions, and court appearances, supervise paralegals, and guide staff on case strategy. Hybrid schedule, mostly remote with occasional in-office needs, and a compensation package up to $120,000 plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury required).
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Experience with depositions, motions, and court appearances.
