Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Litigation Attorney to take full ownership of personal injury cases from inception through resolution. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters while advocating for clients during some of the most critical moments in their lives. You will play a key role in case strategy, litigation execution, and client outcomes—working closely with a collaborative team while maintaining autonomy over your caseload. Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload across all phases of personal injury litigation.
- Conduct detailed case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Handle law and motion practice, including opposing motions for summary judgment.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Provide consistent, high-quality client communication and case updates.
- Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials.
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing in the relevant state.
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws, legal procedures, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated success in achieving favorable case outcomes.
- Experience drafting legal briefs and providing strategic legal advice.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
