As a Personal Injury Attorney at Telaré Law, you'll lead your own caseload with real autonomy — from intake through resolution — backed by a designated case manager and paralegal so your time goes to strategy and advocacy, not administrative drag. This role is built for attorneys who want to own outcomes, negotiate directly with insurance carriers, and grow into greater leadership as our firm expands into new states.
Required: Active WA or OR Bar license · 5+ years litigation experience
Preferred: Personal injury litigation background · Dual WA and OR Bar license · Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a strong plus given our client base in the Tri-Cities region
