Telaré Law is seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Attorney in Richland, WA, and Oregon. The ideal candidate will lead cases with autonomy and have a solid background in litigation, specifically personal injury.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $170,000, plus performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Active WA and/or OR Bar license (both preferred).
• Strong organization, client interaction, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cases from start to finish with autonomy and strategic input.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and manage settlements.
• Supervise paralegals and optimize case workflows.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and review discovery.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
