Job summary

Lerner & Rowe Injury Attorneys is seeking pre-litigation attorneys to manage diverse personal injury and mass tort cases. The candidate will excel in client communication, build strong rapport, and lead a team toward timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate degrees required.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• License to practice law; CA preferred but not required, plus AZ/NM/NV/IL/IN license optional.
• Strong leadership, time management, and team leadership abilities.
• Experience in personal injury or insurance defense is a must.

Responsibilities

• Research case law to analyze precedents for plaintiff tactics.
• Establish rapport with clients and answer questions about proceedings and negotiations.
• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents for clients.
• Create case strategy based on prior cases and knowledge.
• Advise clients from intake through litigation and manage a team to resolve cases efficiently.

We're looking for pre-litigation attorneys to join our team of accomplished lawyers. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases. They will be excellent communicators who can provide personalized attention, so each client feels valued.

Responsibilities:

• Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
• Establish a professional rapport with all clients
• Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
• Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
• Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
• Advise clients throughout the entire legal process, from intake through litigation
• Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate
• License to practice law in California preferred but not required, as well as one additional license in AZ, NM, NV, IL, or IN
• Active member in good standing with State Bar
• Respected leader, must be able to lead a team and achieve goals
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organized with excellent time-management skills
• Resourceful and creative
• Flexible team player
• Willing to learn quickly
• Personal injury or insurance defense experience a must
